The aim of the training is to familiarize participants with the principles of gender sensitivity in research projects. We have made every effort to ensure that the course is not only a source of substantive support and knowledge in a nutshell, but also a guide and practical lesson on how to prepare gender-sensitive research projects.
During the training, you will learn how gender-related mechanisms influence the design of scientific research. You will discover the benefits of gender equality in research. You will learn about the most important syndromes affecting male and female researchers and how to recognize and counteract them. You will also practice analyzing a research proposal in terms of gender equality.
