Why take this course?
The course grants permanent permissions to replace traditional classes with online classes at AGH. If you wish to obtain it, we invite you to join the course.
Who is it for?
The course is intended for anyone planning to deliver online classes. We have tailored the content to the needs of those who will be using, or are already using our e-learning platform UPeL and Microsoft Teams. If you are just starting out with e-learning, you can count on additional support from the trainer, as well as an introduction to the basic tools and principles of remote teaching. If you’re an advanced user of online tools and are already very familiar with the basics, show us what you can do. Whatever your level is, we offer you the chance to organise your knowledge – not just of the tools, but also of teaching methods.
During the training, you will:
- develop your skills in using the University’s e-Learning Platform and MS Teams,
- learn what blended learning is and how to apply it,
- broaden your knowledge of running interactive online sessions
- familiarise yourself with the legal framework for implementing e-learning at AGH and the support available to you
We will begin the training with a short organisational meeting, during which the course structure and completion requirements will be explained, and any questions or concerns you may have will be answered.
The course is delivered asynchronously. This means that you decide when to go through the material and complete the assignments. You have to complete the graded tasks by the end of the first week of the course.
To complete the course:
- complete the graded tasks by 7 December;
- complete all activities in accordance with the completion requirements
